Services
What we do
What’s included in regular maintenance?
A regular maintenance visit covers the upkeep that keeps your pool swim-ready — skimming and brushing, vacuuming, emptying baskets, and testing and balancing the water chemistry. Tell us about your pool and we’ll confirm what’s included in your quote.
Do you repair and install equipment?
Yes. We diagnose and repair pumps, filters, heaters, and leaks, and we install and upgrade equipment like pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation, and lighting. Tell us what’s going on and we’ll recommend the right fix.
Can you fix a green pool?
We do green-to-clean recovery — bringing a green, neglected pool back to clear, balanced, swim-ready water. Send us a photo when you reach out and we’ll give you a realistic plan and quote.
Do you handle seasonal opening and closing?
We do. We handle seasonal closing and winterizing, spring start-up, and pre-purchase or safety inspections with a written report — on a schedule that fits how you use your pool.
Chemicals & trust
Chemicals, safety, and getting help
Do you bring your own chemicals and equipment?
Yes — we bring the chemicals and equipment needed to test, balance, and service your pool. If you’d prefer we use specific products you have on hand, just let us know when we set things up.
How do you handle water chemistry?
We test your water and balance it to keep it safe and comfortable to swim in — chlorine or salt sanitizer, pH, alkalinity, and stabilizer. If levels are off, we’ll explain what we’re adjusting and why.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. PoolFlow is a licensed and insured business, so you can trust who’s working on your pool and equipment.
How do I contact you?
Use the contact page or email us at flipvollc@gmail.com. We aim to reply within about two days.
